About Us
We are an independent, supporter-led group formed by Bristol Rovers fans who care deeply about the long-term future of our club.
What began as Speak Up or Sell Up showed what supporters can achieve when they act together. A small group of fans raised clear concerns around communication, accountability and direction, and those concerns were heard. That campaign forced improved engagement. It proved that our voices matter.
But speaking once is not enough.
Following recent communication from the club’s ownership, many key issues remain unresolved and, in some cases, new questions have been raised. Supporters deserve more than one-off statements. We believe communication must be regular, meaningful and supported by clear plans, timelines and accountability.
This is the next step.
Speak Up or Sell Up is has evolved, we are working to build a structured, independent supporter organisation from the bottom up. Our aim is to bring Gasheads together in a constructive way, giving supporters a challenging voice that is informed, organised and credible. Anyone who wants to be involved can join for free, contribute ideas, and vote on shared priorities as part of a unified supporter movement.
We fully support the players, coaching staff and everyone working on the football side of the club. Holding ownership and governance to account is not at odds with backing the team, it is part of wanting Bristol Rovers to succeed on and off the pitch.
This group is independent of the club and exists solely to represent supporter interests. It is built on transparency, accountability and collective decision-making. Power will sit with the members, not those running it.
Bristol Rovers belongs to its community. Our role is to help ensure that community has a voice.
For the fans. By the fans.
